Li-Ming has his Master of Science degree from the Department of Physiology of National Yang-Ming University (NYMU). He has more then 10 years experiences of project manager at the early phase drug development company, BRIM Biotech and Elixiron Therapeutics.

Li-Ming had the experience for the early phase drug development management including small molecule, biology, peptide drugs and cell therapy project. Management field from discovery, pre-clinical, CMC, regulatory and clinical Ph1 to Ph2.
